Order Cancellation

Please, request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase after that all sales are final.

NO Exchanges or Returns

I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of my products.

All units are handmade with love and care and cannot be resold due to sanitary concerns.

For any issues with an order please, reach out through the "Contact" tab All sales are final as a protection for future clients and the possibility of receiving a contaminated wig (head lice and such)

Processing Time

For already made items the processing time is between 4 to 6 business days.

I'm no longer accepting custom orders of any kind.
