Please allow 3 to 4 weeks processing time for all custom-ordered wigs once your purchase is complete. 

• Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

• Estimated shipping times 

 North America: 3-5 business days I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

• Customs and import taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

• I gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

• I  DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of my products. All units are handmade with love to your personal liking and cannot be resold due to sanitary concerns. Any concerns with an order should be emailed to iammonsterlocks@gmail.com .  Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 
• All sales are final as a protection for future clients and the possibility of receiving a contaminated wig (head lice and such) 

Intellectual Property Ownership: 

• Any information, know-how, data, results, and inventions, and any associated intellectual property, that is made, discovered, created, invented, or generated by Hristian Georgiev aka Monster Locks in any activities or work under this Agreement shall be owned by Hristian Georgiev.
